Refund policy

Returns

We want you to love your Jewelit purchase and if for any reason you want to return any pieces, you can do so within 7 days after the parcel has arrived to the access point, provided that the product is in its original condition with all labels attached. The item must be in perfect condition and should not be worn, damaged, broken, resized or altered in any way. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not pass our quality control.

Please Note: We accept returns against store credit only.

Cancellation

You can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing the order. You will be reimbursed in the form of store credits.

Exchange

If you have received a damaged or defective product or if you are faced with sizing issues, you can raise an exchange request on the website within 7 days of receiving the product.

In certain cases where we are unable to process a replacement due to them being out of stock or unavailability of the required size or any other reason whatsoever, you will receive store credits.

We do not offer resizing service. You can however, get your jewellery resized by a local jeweller.

Please Note: We do not accept resized jewellery under our Returns and Exchange Policy.

Refunds

Refund will be made in the form of store credits only. The store credits in your Jewelit account can be redeemed against any purchase.

Shipping

Customers will receive Rs.50 as store credits, to reimburse the shipping costs incurred by them while returning or exchanging their purchase.

How to Return

All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact along with other accessories, if provided and in the original packaging as delivered to you.
Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
All parcels must be couriered back to Jewelit at the address mentioned on the purchase invoice.
A notification with the status of the return will be sent to the customer within 48-72 working hours from the date of Jewelit receiving the items.
